Kej
The Kej is a well known place in Kumanovo for recreation and relaxation. Visitors can enjoy a stroll along the Kumanovka River, enjoy the atmosphere while sitting on comfortable benches, use football and tennis facilities, stop for a coffee at Bar Kej, or enjoy family time at the playground for children.
Sokolanski Park
Sokolanski Park is a beautiful park near House Sokolana and the Sokolana Sports Complex. There are many benches for relaxation, walkways for strolling, and a playground for children.
Old Bath “Stara Banja”
The Old Bath, “Stara Banja,” is well known for its springs of healing water. This area was once a large complex with a hotel, thermal baths, outdoor swimming pool, park and recreational area. Now, most of the area is privately owned but is still open for public use. Here visitors can enjoy green areas equipped with benches and experience the healing power of Kumanovo from existing thermal water fountains.
Old Park Kumanovo
Located near the Bus Station, the Old Park offers Children’s Corner, a playground equipped with modern play equipment including seesaws, swings, a climbing pyramid and benches for relaxation. There is also a beautiful, shaded trail for jogging or walking.
Skachkovce
Holy Trinity Monastery is located about 14km southeast of Kumanovo. The complex is easily accessible to every visitor by a short drive. The wonderful environment makes a visit to this area worthwhile. This location is important as a religious object, but its caretaker, Father Pajko, has made it the right place for relaxation for all visitors looking for a day of fresh air, or a perfect location for a family celebration.
